The player's in-game nickname must exactly match nickname, entered at game activation on the site, to pass the verification process.
If verification were successful, you would see the corresponding icon next to your avatar.
If you failed to pass verification, you would see the corresponding icon next to your avatar. You will need to re-activate the game on our site and enter the correct in-game nickname.
We draw your attention that the nickname specified during activation must be 100% the same as your in-game nickname. It means that upper and lower case letters must be appropriately arranged and entered symbols are from the same language as when your in-game nickname was created.
In order to change the role of a player from main to substitute, the team captain must go to team main page on the website and click Manage button.
Then change the role for a player and click on Save button
Section I. Roles
1.1. @everyone is a regular server member with basic access rights (reading messages, writing messages in dedicated chat rooms). In order to get the @everyone role, you should have a verified Discord account (confirmed via your phone number).
1.2. @REFEREE - server moderators, as well as the referee of ongoing tournaments. All referees, without exception, are employees of StarLadder Limited. Any participant can always ask @REFEREE for help if he has questions regarding tournaments and this server.
1.3. @BOT - Artificial Intelligence, which aims to help participants with the most common questions.
1.3.1 In order to use the @BOT function, you need to find it in the list of server members (the role is fixed at the very top in the right corner, in the list of participants “online”), and to give it one of the following commands in the personal messages:
!request - with the help of this command you can ask a question that you have, which will automatically be sent to the referee
!request #esports - with the help of this command you can ask a question related to participation in the tournament.
!request #org - with the help of this command you can ask a question about the prize pool, as well as about the quality of work of SL employees.
!request #stream - with the help of this command you can ask your question about our official streams, as well as about organizing/conducting personal streams of our tournament.
!tournaments - with the help of this command you can find out information about current tournaments.
!matches - with the help of this command you can find out information about the current matches.
!site - using this command you will receive a link to our official website.
!nickname- with this command you will receive information regarding the change of nickname, or restoring access to your account.
!help - with this command you will get more detailed information on using the command !request.
Section II. Server rules of conduct
2.1. Users, when joining the server, take on voluntary commitments to comply with the following rules unconditionally. Violation of the rules does not exempt from liability for their violations, we strongly recommend to learn the following rules.
2.2.. On the server is FORBIDDEN.
2.2.1 It is prohibited to use obscene language. Replacing letters in obscene words with different characters or spelling with errors/distortedly does not change the essence of words..
2.2.2. The following topics are strictly prohibited to be used in discussion and mentioning on the server: any form of discrimination on any grounds of other server participants, the promotion of alcoholism or drugs, the distribution of obscene or pornographic content, a call to suicide.
2.2.3. It is forbidden to directly and indirectly insult other users or the Administration of the server, to behave in a provocative manner..
2.2.4. It is prohibited to directly or indirectly insult the company StarLadder Limited, as well as its employees.
2.2.5 It is forbidden to flood, flame, spam.
List of terms:
To flood - repeated (more than 2 times) sending of the same or very close in the meaning messages with a small frequency. Also as flooding is recognized an idle talk, messages in various forums, chat rooms, which are large and do not have any useful information.
To flame - repeated sending of messages that are not related to the topic of conversations in the chat or do not have a semantic meaning. To argue beside the point, not using arguments, but abuse and insults, moving away from the topic of discussion and making it personal.
To spam - advertising of any resource in an explicit form (including advertising of web resources).
2.2.6. Sending of any messages and comments, posting pictures/photos or use nicknames that offend generally accepted norms of morality is forbidden.
2.2.7. Using nicknames and “avatars” that violate generally accepted norms of morality. Using nicknames similar or identical to the nicknames of other users.
2.2.8. Ignoring the warnings/requests of the server Administration.
2.2.9. Publication of the personal correspondence with the Administration without their prior consent.
2.3. Users' responsibility for violation of the server rules
2.3.1 For violation of clauses 2.2.1, 2.2.5, 2.2.6, 2.2.7 - to the violator is issued a warning, if the warning is ignored, to the violator is issued a ban for a 24 (twenty four) hours period. Ban may be extended at the discretion of the Administration. In case of repeated or particularly cynical violation (response aggression of the user, an attempt to provoke a conflict) is issued a Ban for up to thirty (30) days at the discretion of the Administration. Ban may be extended at the discretion of the Administration.
2.3.2. For violation of clauses 2.2.2, 2.2.3, 2.2.4, 2.2.8, 2.2.9 is issued a ban from a 24 (twenty four) hours period to indefinite one at the discretion of the Administration.
2.3.3. A ban can be appealed within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of its issuance via the Administration's email: [email protected]
In the text of the appeal it is necessary to give a complete description of the essence and reason for the ban, and the reason for your disagreement with it. All bans will be published in a special chat #banlog
Section III Rights and Responsibilities:
3.1. Server member has the right to:
- To freely communicate with other participants in dedicated chat rooms (containing #flood in their name), if this does not violate section II of the Rules of Conduct on the server.
- During the tournaments the Administration will allocate special chats with appropriate names for the communication of players with the tournament referees. In these chat rooms, communication should refer to a specific tournament. Any requests of the Administration that are not related to a particular tournament may be left unanswered.
- To contact @REFEREE or @BOT for the information regarding the tournament.
- To search for a team, or team member to play together, in specially allocated chat rooms (containing #looking-for-player and #looking-for-team in their name).
- An opportunity to share the best moments from PUBG-matches in a dedicated #highlights chat.
3.2. Rights and obligations of moderators (@REFEREE).
- Active assistance to server participants in getting info regarding tournaments and other related information.
- Control over the proper fulfillment of the tournament rules and the rules of conduct of the server participants.
- Publications and messages of the moderator (@REFEREE) are final, but can be appealed through the contact mail [email protected] following the requirements stated in section 2.3.3.
